RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for online/phone orders for almost all products.
Orders are eligible for a full refund or exchange if returned within 15 days of Delivery for domestic orders, and 30 days for international orders to our online returns department.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags, panty liners and accessories attached.If your return item does not contain all of the original packaging the refund will be subject to $20 USD fee.
A $7 USD restocking fee applies to returns. However, this fee is waived for exchanges or returns for store credit.
SALE ITEMS
Sale and marked down items of 40% off or more are not eligible for refund, only eligible for exchange, or store credit.
"Final Sale" items are not refundable, nor eligible for an exchange.
Sale Items purchased Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or any other sales discounted over 50% are not eligible for refund, only eligible for exchange, or store credit.
Sales and Price Matching:
Soah Swim does not match prices of our retailers. SOAH will make refunds for the difference of price on items purchased 24 hours prior to that same item going on sale. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO FINAL SALE ITEMS, BLACK FRIDAY, AND CYBER MONDAY DEALS.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Making a return/exchange through your Account is easy Login through our online portal with your email and order number or account information.
Follow the steps to initiate your exchange and retrieve your return shipping label.
Please securely repackage your items in the same packaging (or comparable package) you have received your item.
When returning items with our labels, return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount
SHIPPING
Shipping charges are not reimbursed for returned purchases.
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return. Return Shipping costs are currently not reimbursed by SOAH. Final Sale and Special Order items may not be returned. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions:

REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME
If your package arrives at the SOAH Returns Department within the specified timeline, it will take up to 15 days to be inspected and processed in our warehouse. Once the refund is issued, it will take 1-3 business days to reflect in your account. You will receive an email notification at the address listed on your account when this transaction occurs. Please note, your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
USEFUL RETURN TIPS
Please try swimwear on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Damaged Items should be reported to customer service immediately (before returning package) to ensure that your refund or exchange is properly processed.
We suggest purchasing tracking and insurance as we can not be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
